Roof Washing - Before

We use a high concentration of SH and Surfactant mix to make sure your roof is free of all organic growth, such as moss and algae.  This is done by soft washing your roof, because a pressure washer can't get it done!  We make sure all your trees and bushes around your house are protected by watering them down before hand.

This was taken a couple weeks later.  We don't rinse our roofs, we allow the chemicals to do their job.  Over the next couple of days/weeks you will see a dramatic difference.

The key to cleaning a house is not pressure, but allowing the SH and surfactant to do it's job.  We downstream allowing our chemicals to do the job and not ruining your beautiful house. 

This only takes about 30 minutes to make your house look beautiful again.  No moss or algae to be seen!!

Sometimes we need to pretreat with SH and then  bring out a surface cleaner to provide pressure to really get the dirt and mold up.

Didn't think those pavers looked like that after looking at the before pictures.  Neither did we, until we got down and dirty. 

PVC fences are always getting dirty because of constant mowing of the lawn.  

Just needs a little TLC and the fences look brand new again. 

Wood fences are always challenging because it needs multiple steps to get the wood to shine again! Using SH will try out the wood and kill it!

We use a combination of Sodium Percarbonate to clean the fence and some Oxalic Acid to bring the color back to life!
